Our Story
Chickery Inn was born from a simple truth: the best chicken in the world comes from kitchens where flavor isn't measured — it's felt. Our recipes trace back to Haitian grandmothers who seasoned with epis, fried with care, and never once cut a corner.
We brought those traditions and blended them with the vibrant spice traditions of the Caribbean — jerk smoke, mango heat, sweet plantain sweetness — to create a menu that's entirely its own. Every plate tells a story. Every bite is a journey.
